They explained the whole procedure. The engineer attended and managed to source the problem. They returned a few days later with parts and fixed the boiler. Great service. Would definitely recommend.
As boiler is old, I've requested a quotation to replace the boiler. The gentleman came to the house at a mutually convenient time. He asked me questions iin order to establish what boiler would suit our needs as a family. He was very thorough and the quote was reasonable too!
Not many places offering a 10 year guarantee on boilers!
I'd make this a first place to go to for a quote.
