However, working with Richard has made the whole process so much easier. He has been a fabulous at explaining and answering all our questions, professional and also his fees are competitive. I think it spoke volumes about his compentacny when our solicitor commented what a detailed and comprehensive report she had received and I'm sure she sees lots every day. Richards was a pleasure to work with and we will be using him again to draw up our plans for extension.
